Alcatel-Lucent Partners with Ventev Wireless

Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise has partnered together with Ventev Wireless Infrastructure to develop a wireless network infrastructure solutions for its customers. ALE has chosen to partner with Ventev, because it is a subsidiary of Tessco Technologies with which ALE already has a working relationship.

CommScope Acquires ARRIS

CommScope announced its acquisition of ARRIS International in early April. ARRIS is a market leader in communications solutions, which will allow CommScope to leverage its strength to enter new markets and integrate its solutions in new ways. Furthermore, one of ARRIS’s subsidiaries is Ruckus Networks which will further enhance CommScope’s operations.

CommScope Announces Q1 Results

CommScope has announced that it will release its financial results for the first quarter of 2019 on the 9th of May prior to the market opening.
